China International Windoor City (CIWC) keep adhering to the concept of "Making building more energy-saving and making life better",devote itself to building a new focus on "new energy-saving windoor center around the world and new key highlights enterprise of the Passive House industry". CIWC will build up a platform for communication and cooperation within the international building energy industry.
In 2013, the Ministry of Science and Technology approved to build the China International Building Energy-Saving Technology Innovation Park. It is one of 20 state-level International Innovation Parks and is one out of two Innovation Parks in China led by
enterprises. As a specializing platform with the largest scale, it concludes the world’s largest window & door energy-saving industrial park, passive building elements production base, exhibition and trade section, warehousing and logistics section, experiment and
detection section, technology research and development (R&D) section and China Windows Museum. CIWC is named AAAA industrial tourism and Hebei vocational education base.
Over 112 well-known enterprises from Europe and 300 enterprises from China settled in the CIWC since a long time. With the successful 3rd China Window Festival (Gaobeidian), it has already attracted more than 200,000 visitors from over 2,000 enterprises and created a trading volume of more than 10 billion.
Relying on the "state enterprise technology center", "academician workstation" and "postdoctoral workstation innovation", committed to building energy conservation technology research and development, won more than 300 patents technology, editor and participated in five 11 national standards, industry standards, achieved the EU CE certification, German "passive house research institute (PHI) certification", "Energy-star" (the Energy star certification), "SAI Australia Windows standard certification" and "energy-saving identity authentication in China".
In August 2013, CIWC build China's first passive integrated demonstration building. In August 2015, CIWC build passive apartments. Until December 2016, there have already been about 70,000 visitors coming to CIWC. Awarded for the "Chinese passive ultra-low power green building industry demonstration base" and "Hebei province building energy-saving new technology and new product demonstration base".

In order to promote the healthy and continuous development of passive low energy consumption building, an area of 200,000㎡ ofpassive building materials and equipment production base has been put into action. Producing passive doors and windows, intelligent sun-shading systems, energy saving, insulation materials and other products. It is planned to build 1 million ㎡ of passive building integrated communities, new town train project, residential project, leisure, shopping, medical care, education, use the renewable energy such as solar energy, water recycling, on an adult and nature harmonious coexistence of sponge type comprehensive community.

Through years of international exchanges and cooperation, China International Windoor City has realized the collection industry, industrial agglomeration, the international interaction and successfully set up the bridge of building energy efficiency industry cooperation with the world.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

During the 8th China-Germany economic forum, under the witness of two prime ministers, Orient Sundar Window Group signed a contract with European Building Hardware Association, regarded as a Sino-German Enterprises cooperation model.
National Chambers of Commerce from Europe and Governmental visiting Benelux Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Bureau of Brandenburg State Orient Sundar Group signed a triple agreement on United Research Centre in China with German Rosenheim Research Center and China Academy of Building Research, in order to realize China-Europe mutual recognition of product.

Since opening in 2012, China International Windoor City has successfully held three sessions (Gaobeidian) international trade fair for windows and doors, more than 100 times domestic and international conferences, more than 600,000 attendees, receive strong support from industry association, government leadership and industry colleagues at home and abroad. From more than 20 countries, nearly 1,000 top industry companies treat it as business communication and new technology application platform in China. Currently, there are 112 foreign and more than 300 domestic first-tier companies settled in the Windoor City for a long time, realized the industry collection and collecting, international interaction, successfully built bridges of China with windows and doors industry in the world.
